Understand shipping costs, free-delivery thresholds and how digital licenses are handed over.
How much does physical shipping cost?
Shipping within Tirana city costs 200 Lekë. It is free only when the merchandise subtotal is above 5,000 Lekë. At exactly 5,000 Lekë, the 200 Lekë fee still applies.
Outside Tirana city, shipping costs 300 Lekë and is free only above 9,000 Lekë. At exactly 9,000 Lekë, the 300 Lekë fee still applies. The threshold uses the full merchandise subtotal before shipping, including digital items in a mixed order.
Is there a shipping fee for digital licenses?
No. An order containing only digital licenses has a shipping fee of 0 Lekë. If physical products are included, the physical-shipping rules apply to that mixed order.
When is a software license handed over?
Digital fulfillment follows confirmed payment. Creating an order or choosing cash as the requested payment method does not confirm payment. Keys are handed over through authorized access; automatic software activation or immediate email delivery is not promised.
How do I renew a license I already own?
Sign in to your account and select the license to renew. The system verifies ownership and the renewal period before the renewal order is prepared. Review the selected product, term and price before ordering.
What if a product is shown as quote-only?
A quote-only product does not have a confirmed online purchase price and stock availability. Use its quote request link so the team can confirm the offer for that article.
